Less is best for men. Over 14 hour days the build up.of make up can really pick up when you're filming as the cameras pick up everything. Concealer to take out blemishes. Matte primer. Essential for kits. Need to know what turns out white on camera under all the lights. Moisturise your skin well. Use supra colour blends well. Clean fingers. Great for applying mottled skin tones. Use a brown pencil to stencil a black eye for continuity. Draw shape. Pale complexion- mix white with bases Food colouring to colour mouth. Sucking on liquorice works too. Fever eyes are red. Tired eyes have more blueish hints



Fever:



Tools


  • Moisturiser
  • Concealer
  • Stipple sponge
  • Supra colour
  • Isopropyl alcohol
  • Latex


Method.


  1. Moisturise the skin well- you want a shiny surface
  2. Inspect the skin-decide what blemishes/imperfections need to be covered
  3. Cover with derma colour
  4. Load Stipple sponge with red supra colour
  5. Wipe excess off, it's easier to add more than to take away
  6. Gentle Stipple it on. Not forgetting the hair.
  7. Tap with fingers to soften it. It needs to look natural.
  8. Add red to ears. Always remember the ears
  9. Add to neck
  10. (If crying, red nose etc)
  11. Using a brush feather red onto eyelids. Build it up. Make it look veiny. Use fingers to melt away.





Rashes:


Put some isopropyl in the lid and mix in with reds on a big lid. Flick onto skin. Build up Add colour onto colour. Cleanser and baby bud to clean mistakes



Dry lips


  1. Pucker lips
  2. Dab on liquid latex onto models lips.
  3. Keep adding.
  4. Can make sores with it
  5. Make sure it's dry before you make it up


Sweat:

Sweat is created using Glycerin.
  • Stipple Sponge
  • Tools:
  • Glycerin
  • Spray Bottle
  • You can put it in a spray bottle and spray it onto the face. -Avoiding the Eyes
  1. Apply to the brow by dipping it a stipple sponge into glycerin and pressing on
  2. Dab onto places you sweat
  3. Spray hair and back of neck with water spray

Tears:


  • saline solution/tearstick/vicks
  1. Snap vial drop into tears duct
  2. Do last. Just before photos
  3. Use Glycerine on a brush and gently apply a drop below the inner corner of the eye and this looks good in photos

Snot:

  • Green supra colour
  • Moisturiser

  1. Mix the two together until you have a well blended concotion and t
  2. Using a baby bud apply to the nostrils.
